Patrizia Isabella Planzo was born and raised in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, where she began serious training at the Academy of Ballet Arts and Gibbs High School at the age of 14. She went on to pursue a career in dance performance and choreography at The University of South Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in 2019.
Through the vigorous training at The University of South Florida, The American Dance Festival, and Tampa City Ballet, Patrizia has engaged and composed creatively with a diverse multitude of artists from around the world. Some include: Paula Nunez, Xiao Xiangrong, Bliss Kohlmeyer, Courtnee Harris and James Sutton from Houston Ballet, Elizabeth Corbett from the William Forsythe Dance Company, Danang Pamungkas, and many more.
Today, Patrizia creatively collaborates with dance companies around the Tampa Bay area, where she teaches, performs, and choreographs. She has a unique perspective and is devoted to spreading love and encouragement along her journey.
